If you wish to access our members-only features and content (“Members-Only Services”), you must register for membership and provide the requested information, which includes personal information (“Personal Information”). When you submit an item for grading or other purposes, we collect your name, phone number, email, postal address and payment information including a credit card number. If you register your collectibles in the NGC, PMG or CGC Registry programs and provide your collection information we will display it publicly on the Site. We will add this information to your profile. You may also choose to add collectibles to your profile without having them displayed publicly.

If you choose to post messages in our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback for other users, we will collect the information you choose to disclose and we may add it to your profile. If you send us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect the information and we may store such information.
